problems with box

ok guys i have a question , i been using my box (avov tvonline) about 2 weeks now . since yesterday i been noticed that frizz a lot,
right now every 1 second frizz practically is no way to see anything , my internet is good (att i don't know exactly the speed but is the most fast)
but still same , what can probably is going on? again just the first week work good a then nothing.

Try a different tv if problem still happens you might need to submit a ticket to avov thanks.
