getting this error today played fine last night

i have nothing in the first to portals nfps and rocket the third one iptv66 has
the name and URL info sent to me in my e-mail along with my working mac address when i check my route checker i get running under status but still the above error occurs every time i try to gain access any and all help will be appreciated thank you.
