Are you experiencing any of the titled problems? A simple factory data reset might do the trick, however, sometimes you will need a custom update sent to your device. No problem though we have got you covered. Go fill out this form and make sure to put in all the required information. We can push an update to your device based on your serial number. I've sent in 2 tickets and they just respond on Tuesday and gave me the option to wait for an update or send it back, I opted to send back but waiting for them to give me the address and any other info I may need to go with it. I have the TV ONLINE not complaining I know things can probably get crazy just trying to find best option. Thanks

this is there address.but your going to need the rma ticket #(don't send it back without it) which should be in an email sent to you.check your junk mail it may be there?good luck
