Video Quality is going down hill

I am having trouble with the Video. The video here is at best 480, if it is that good, on Live TV on my Mag254. I am not that smart about IPTV but I know I can not sell an inferior product. PPVs are fine, but ESPN, FOX NEWS, NFL Network, is unwatchable. Please understand, Many great channels, but what good are they if they are not clear. I don't know whose end it is on but If it keeps going this way you will not be able to sell this product. Please work on Video and freezing. Thanks in advance.
