    #1: There has been absolutely NO hostility here unless it was displayed by yourself. WE DO NOT SUPPORT RESELLERS, that is the official policy. This is whom you need to take your problem to. How many times must you be told this. I also hope you got your box from a legitimate seller, sure doesn't sound like it. Had you come here first to research your purchase, all this would have been made clear to you, thks...

    All everyone is trying to say is TALK TO YOUR RESELLER or SELLER. If I buy a product from Walmart and have a problem with it I go back to WALMART, not Target, not walgreens, not some other place. We have no control over your purchase here, go where you bought it.

    I'm sorry but I set up my account. I went to papiao.is/main/search_nfps and put in my mac address. That is when it said my code was good for 365 days. I have the code but it has been wiped out of the system.

    you just linked your mac to an existing acct. your reseller has the original email addy used to purchase donation, YOU DON'T, it's this email you need to communicate with papaio..along with the order #

    As I stated to you on ftabeta never buy from a reseller. If you cant get a hold of the person that sold you that code then your out of luck, lesson learned and always buy from the source not second or third hand.

    Thank you. That helps. Don't know why all the secretivity. I just want to know what happened to my code. It is vanished off the system and was working and I had access to it for two months.
