New Mag 254 Firmware

There was new firmware to download when I turned on my Mag this morning. 0.2.18-r-12-254.

Haven't noticed much difference. In the Settings section in the Inner Portal, there is now Access Control and Teletext.

Channel change seems quicker. I am going to play around with it.

Where do you download this new firmware and how do you install in Mag 254???? Does this firmware resolve the freezing issues?????

If you have enables auto update then the new firmware will automatically be downloaded if you go to the inner portal, if you have not enabled auto update, you can go to the inner portal and do the update your self. No it will not resolve the freezing issues as that is dependent on internet connections, server load , internet provider and possibly interference (if you are using wireless) just to name a few of the possible reasons
