Have to always unplug box?

Almost every day after turning the box off at night, I have to unplug it to get the channels back on. The time is on the screen but no button on the remote works until I unplug and reload the portal. Also, the city always resets itself back to Belize. The time stays ok, along with the guide but is there something Im missing with having to reboot box daily and the city?

Interesting. I just had this exact thing happen yesterday. I didn't unplug but I did press the on/off multiple times. Eventually I just left it and did something else. Later I looked again and it was working fine. No idea what caused it but it did right itself. I have only very rarely needed to unplug my box I just turn it off from the controller when not watching TV.
