Blue screen with bar

I am still new at this and am trying to set up this box. The set up went well until I got to servers and I put all the info in correct. but now I have a blue screen with a bar in the center with what looks like candy stripes. All the buttons on the remote are locked up except the set up button. I have tryed everything but can't get rid of the blu screen and bar. Please help

checked mac address from owners manual and whats the box and they are the same.

Now I am confused. I checked the mac address on the spec read out in the box and on the owners manual. the mac was not on the purchase order
