"Unable to load channels" please help!

Hi I hope someone here can help me out, since this morning as soon as I turn my raspberry pi2 on am getting unable to load channels so I thought I would change my MAC address to see if that would solve the problem, so I restarted my pi and it started to load the channels but once it got near the end of loading the first lot it would crash my pi and get a sad face and from then it would be stool in a loop crashing and restarting, so I unplug the pi and it goes back to unable to load channels again😔, thanks in advance for any help given!

Ok well the problem seems to be with stalker client as it works with iptv simple client and channels load through iptv add on. Please help anyone spent hours sorting channels into a order 😔😔

edit: oh it loops :/
maybe you can rush to settings and disable the tv function.
