error internet not connected
have checked connection and time to device ,all is good!(i have installed Kodi and other apps ,so i know connection is good) internet xplorer not blocking any.

Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Firewall
That's windows firewall.
There are other, like your router setting and any anti-virus programs that may be running in Real Time
-Router admin access is usually stickied on the bottom of the router. The IP found in that sticker is the access, type it into your web browser address bar and go there.
-Anti-Virus programs are found on your PC (look in the Start menu and All Programs option)

turned off firewall and anti-virus(avg). did not find a ip addy on router(time warner) rebooted and tried 20 times. no internet connection
