Stb emulator isue

Hi friends,
I have Rockchip RK3128t Quad Core Cortex A7 2G/16G CS918T 1080P Smart Android 4.4 TV Box with a valid iptv donation but I'm having problems with stb emulator.
If I don't change channels for 2 hours its getting off from the stream channel and it's back to main menu,the second problem is that when I'm watching for ex.channel 121 and want to navigate to channel list it's automatically goes to channel 1 on the top of the channel list.

can someone help to how to configure or hor to solve these problems?(sorry about my english)

What program are you using..is it a apk program or did you download for the store..and make sure you are running mx player as external player
