"Authentication Problem" Initial Set Up MAG 254

Hi everyone. I'm new to IPTV and just went through the installation of my MAG 254 box but at the end its stuck on the "Authentication Problem" page. What UserID? What Password? I'm using wireless antena to connect to my local network. Please help.

Are you sure you're using a mag 254?
Did you link your mac address to your donation?
What url portal are you using?

@big dady - Yes using MAG 254. Donation thought I have to do that once I subscribe. This is a totally new set up. I can't even get tot the menus screen. I've tried rebooting the MAG box and router by unplugging power but still brings me to the same screen when it re-initializez.
