Already did that. Been actively checking my email/spam folders since I donated.

Same problem here. Can't check status since my order starts with 6821 and not 6820 and it gets rejected.
My other donation runs out in 3 days so reluctant to renew if there is a problem.
All folders checked an nothing received. Last time I got route within 24 hrs, been 4 days now. Used contact form on web page but no answer so far.

Hang in there guys think it depends on method of payment used have ordered twice both times with 2 visa cards first time took forever but got it second time was instant. Seem like good people i bet they will take care of you

6 days , no routing email and no response to email. Credit card charged. Not good.

8 Days... Money taken but no email. Sent 3 messages via webpage. No response.
Other subscription finishes tomorrow.....not inclined to renew it.
Poor support.

10 days, no email. Cant check status, no answer to emails.
Support=0
Very efficient at taking money and very efficient at turning off subscription at end of subscription.
So now I have zero service and no way am I paying them a cent more.
