My password wont work with iks66 and the forgot password not working

Hi everyone recently purchased a 1 month use of iks66 but i cant login its saying my password is wrong and the forget password is not working... the mac changer is not working also can someone please help me?

You don't need a username & password. Use the string of numbers that appears in the box labeled Username & Password - this is your donation/route number. That's the only number that's relevant in your case.

Enter that number into the searchbox that appears in this link:

https://iks66.tv/main/search

The result will show you your donation details & it's from there that you can change your MAC address in future should you need to.

i did that and i am getting an error where the mac address is not changing

What sort device are you using? If for example you're using an android box you may not be able to change the MAC from the browser on that device. If this is the case with you try using a pc/laptop/phone.
