I was able to install Iptv on my android Rikomagic 4.2 but now its asking for authentiucation problem ..... what does this mean I downloaded the emulator app.

You don't have a provider so you cant run the program without a portal or subscription.

Check the option to display the password and enter it and make sure its right.
