kodi 14.2 upgrade

How do I upgrade to isengard 15 ? I seem to be having great difficulty... Ive gone to the site and downloaded it but after that Iam lost is there any idiots guide to this cause Im having issues and about to have a melt down

First, load file onto USB or SD card/plug into unit. Go to apps section/appinstaller, then find the file you want to load , click OK on ALL (not NEW) then go down to install and click on OK. That's it. Make sure when you're done to properly unmount the stick or card in the more setting's section (go down to storage and unmount.

if it has the google play store get it from there or go to www.kodi.tv on your browser in your box and install it....it will upgrade the 14.2 version

appinstall have your stick with apk and first remove old one just did mine today 15.2 rc2

Figured it out thru a guy named hashum on you tube ... had to uninstall 14.2 first
