    it may take awhile but yes this is supposed to fix issue ,i am still waiting myself.i was speaking with david avov and this was his suggestion.main thing is to contact them and let them know ,maybe they will need to send you another box ,i have another one and no issue with it.

    sorry Koolkat 4Wheeling was dead on with my problem no mac address or server settings

    4wheeling how long you been dealing with them on this issue?
    I sent the ticket in, but am going to call the place I got them from since they are an AVO approved reseller and see what they can do.
    should I contact David or Hans from AVOV?

    I talked to AVOV
    and they are sending me some new ones as soon as they receive mine.
    thanks 4wheeling for helping me with the problem
    and thanks David for quick response at resolving this issue
    this morning @ 4 am I thought I bought a pile of junk or clones
