disable all stalkers enable simple simple client that worked for me to get nfps up 15.1 kodi

It would help to know more about your setup. Are you using the same MAC on multiple devices. Are you using Kodi with Stalker Video Client or the PVR Stalker Client or both? Are you using iVue or have any Stalker shortcuts in your favorites? Are you using the Stalker EMU stand alone client? Depending on your setup will depend on the resolution to your problem.
