Difference between Linkbox 9000. Linkbox 9000i and Linkbox9000i local

I just planning to buy Linkbox 9000. Need to know difference among different variant Linkbox 9000, Linkbox 9000i and Linkbox9000i local. Picture quality wise also. Can it play all lost channels of 110 and 119.
As I understand and guess. i stands for mainly IKS and IPTV and local variant what does mean.

Hi. i havent seen the 9000 model...... but the 9000i and 9000i local difference between them is that the local model has ATSC Tuner functions. other than that function added its the same receiver as 9000i.
