I am running 14.2 so just wondering if it is needed to updated to 15 to watch NFPS, Rocket, etc? I am running an ouya so would have to go through the process of getting it to android 4.2 minimum.

You can continue to use IPTV Stalker video add-on with 14.2. To use the new PVR Stalker versions (0.8.3+), you will need to update, because of dependencies.
