hi folks 2014 codes lasted there 1 year on thursday midnight. order three rockets (paplo) within 5 mins I receved in email.so new code with my my address , red bar comes up the mac address is being used.same with others any ideas thanks in advance mag 254

on all or only one and mac address from a avov or mag is bad need to take a picture and send them the info and did you have mac address on the old code need to remove it

hi thanks for the response three codes with there own mac address expired Thursday so Friday ordered new rockets.now I am matching code to mac address it says mac is being used by other so now I do the same with the second code and the third code and same comes up to all three mac being used running mags 254 before and still running mag254 .and if there was away of deleting any numbers I would but in past when renewing for fta just put new in and where up so again any help thanks in advance

high folks my issue was resolved and fast at there end pappeo tv the 2014 to 2015 codes were assigned to our mac address when I went to renew I did not use old codes I bought new ones ,so on there end the mac address where being used,,i had to prove to them that I had the mag254 so they suggested taking pictures of all three mags254, mac addresses , I did and fixed I like it double checking on there end . so renew your codes or rockets using ur existing or u will have too do what I did thanks hope this helps some one else happy reading all
