I have been testing this service i do not see anything wrong with it unless you where using other devices with same mac could be one reason your service is blocked

If that were the case, wouldn't the route checker say mac already exists?
If that is the case you must snap a picture of the mac on your box which is located at the bottom of the box and send them an email to get it validated agian.

They fixed the problem.
Mine is fixed as well. Would love to know what caused the problem. If its something I am doing it would be nice to know.
