On the west coast, and during the day the freezing is very limited, however as it gets to about 6 pm PST, the freezing increases dramatically in number as well as frequency.

I am wondering if it may be a limited capacity for the servers with the number of connections, as I would suspect the load increases at this time of day with all North America being able to view as wanting?

At this point I am running Mag254 with unlimited data and 25 MB download. I continue to run download tests and no reduction, so wondering what is causing the freezing?

    Any help appreciated
