I notice in this section there is a complaint about turning sub titles off. My MAG 254 is the reverse. I am a bit deaf and want to turn it on. When a press apps all I get is is the choice - off, nothing about turning on.
Any advise would be appreciated.

I think what some people are complying about is some of the programs on some of the channels and some of the vod or streamed with sub titles you can not shut that off and as far as I know you can not turn the subtitles closed caption on yet maybe someday I hope so I to am hard of hearing

To have subtitles, someone have to passed them from the server. There is no such risk of this happening in the near future , so it is better not to play with these infusions for now
