From application, hover with mouse over top right corner for Settings menu, Select Profiles, click IPTV STB, and modify MAC-address.
Must start with 00:1A:78 and linked to your donation.

Not sure, can you try it again? It may be a mega problem

Menu does not open up when you hover the mouse over the menu on the top left side. You just see a static Monitor

Click when you are over the top left corner, and that should bring up the menu.

Nope nothing happens on Top right hand side too
you do see a Button which opens up the volume/back/forward/up/down etc Tabs

Stay in the blue area, not in the black, and press a little longer. You can also use the menu button on a remote as well.
