In theory, there are links to the logos inside the generated m3u. However I was not able to get it to run too. That was the only reason for me to switch to pvr stalker.

It will be easier for you to switch to using the stalker client, than find logos, i did find a youtube on logos, but they are incomplete

I mean the m3u has the logo URL inside. It is possible just to go ahead and download them one by one. But it would be nice if KODI could just use the paths as they are. Well, it nobody did it yet, I will write a little script to fetch all current logos and upload them here somewhere.

I switched to Stalker PVR instead. Less of a headache I suppose. Only issue I find with Stalker, it takes a long time to load all the channels and guide every time I start up Kodi.

The other issue with stalker is the fact, that you don't have the VOD section. Just the show and a couple ppv channels. It is pretty much a trade off
