Site Suggestion - Line to define stickies from posts

I know there is a way to put a highlighted line between the sticky threads and the general discution in the forms.
I can't remember for sure how to do to in the control panel.
I think it cleans up the forms and and helps newbies to distinguish the stickies

The word sticky does that

Yes i do realize the the word sticky helps I have just seen it on other forms and thought it makes the forms look neater
But thats just my 2 cents

Sometimes leaving it simple is easlier to navigate the site

I don't think you can get any simpler then stickies above the line and general discussion below the line

When i was Admin of FTA forms I didn't find it all that hard. But no worries just a suggestion that help so you don't have to skim through the stickies to get to the general discussion
