Uninstall may actually delete the Kodi folder in AppData/Roaming, but if didn't, at lease you can say that you actually are at nothing. I'm hoping that it isn't something between your upgrade to Windows 10 and downgrade... that would be a pain to fix.

ok so the uninstall with the box checked to give it permision to delete data folders does in fact delete kodi from AppData/Roaming.

i did a reinstall and unchecked pvr addons.

redownloaded kodi and reinstalled. then redownloaded the modified 0.8.3 and installed that.

At this point it was the only pvr add on listed. (as a side note it already said it was enabled but here http://iptvtalk.net/showthread.php?4...ave-a-Full-EPG it says you would have to enable it. not sure if that makes a diff. i would assume not)

so put the MAC and addresses in (and made sure timeout was 60 seconds) and then went to settings > TV and enabled the PVR

    got can't load channels error.

restarted kodi and got the same can't load channels error.

You might want to bump up the timeout to a higher value and see what happens.

In the Kodi folder in Appdata, go to userdata/addon_data/pvr.stalker/ and modifiy the settings.xml file

Find the connection_timeout, and change the 60 to something higher. One member that lives in Thailand had reported using a number as high as 300 as necessary for him to connect. Don't verify the timeout settings on the actual settings page, because it will reset that value to 0.

If it doesn't work at that point, send me the text of the settings.xml to me via pm, and I'll see if there something wrong with that configuration.

ok i'll give that a shot later when i get a chance.... but it doesn't even seem to wait more then 1 or 2 seconds when trying even tho its set to 60.

Thanks, check your PM as well, it appears to be a MAC/provisioning issue.
