Kodi 15 on PC not showing all channels

Hi guys, looked everywhere for this. Paid donation running Kodi 15 on Win 7 i am only pulling in 412 channels not the normal 712. I am missing all the movie cahnnels, music channels and a lot of random english channels. Ive fresh installed Kodi, cleared cache, etc. No luck. ANy ideas?

What's your set up in kodi?

stalker .8. all my android devices work fine and get all the channels, same exact settings

Are you viewing channels or guide?

If you are getting channels most likley its a server issue as not all channels are working at this time,give it a little time and restart kodi thanks.

its channels and guide. the channels all come in on my FireTV kodi 15 just fine for the most part, it just very strange that the PC is not pulling in the majority of the channels. I understand the guide is down but that's not my main concern right now, just getting all the channels im paying for is what im concerned with
