Want someone to explain IPTV donation

Hi.
Much earlier I complained about not having iptvprivateserver.tv service anymore and I was told in this very forum that I needed to give a donation in order to enjoy this service One supermoderator advised me to go on http://iptvrocket.is.IKS- Rocket page where it was showed $80/year ." Enjoy this limited offer and be part of the best IPTV Private server.Order now IPTV for users to enjoy the best IKS service" .I strickly followed the instructions and obtained an order with number 19.......... and user & password number31.......for more than one server .I even complained here that I felt it too long for them to release the service to me .On several occasions I wrote ,to no avail to papiao.is ,who at long last requested me to give my order number ,payment date ,amount and gateway .I obtained a stunning reply that I had only ONE IKS donation and that was the reason I cannot use IPTV with that donation .This is contrary to the advised IKS -Rocket 80 $ to enjoy the best IPTV Private server .
Please elaborate and explain why I am still being refused access to IPTv contrary to the clear advised literature .
Awaiting a good reply as well as possible iptv acces for me

You might have selected the 'IKS only' option by mistake, but that's $70. You might get help directly from papaio at "info @ papaio.tv" to get the right donation.

Check your credit card to see what you actually paid.

yea if you paid 80 then you should have iptv next have you tried to add mac address ?
