MAC ADDRESS won't save in lower case letters

i am trying to save my MAC ADDRESS in lower case letter with no luck
is there a way to ensure its saved in lower case?
i keep getting the STB blocked error

Why does it have to be in lower case? Mine is in upper case and works.

I don't think it matters to the server.

If it does not work uppercase or lower case you have to report your issue with papio also make sure to send them a pic of your mac address that's on the device if using Avov or Mag device thanks.
