Invaled mac address?

how can I fix this, it's as far as I got after 2 days.

this is the 3rd day-what mac address do you use, when all I get is custom mac address is invalid.
when I go to ipconfig/all I get 3 physical address all 12 digits. when I go to my Verizon router on my STB I
get 2 mac address 1 on device information and a different 1 on my network home/office properties and another
mac address on my STB, they all have 12 digits how do you know which one to use. I got the ROCKET & the http://11.iptvrocket.tv/
I just can't get the last step.

On main kodi page look under system info
Then network see if you can see your mac address
