This is a little off topic to the resolved issue but its important based on what Jack posted.

Something else that is a minor concern, is that I've seen "IPTV - USA & Latin America" as the name for the default server, which means that the original source code was modified. (or at least the settings.xml in the Resources folder). It should be NFPS, and the tutorials are written expecting that. It's probably harmless, but be aware, if you didn't download the add-on from links on this site, or from the original github source, it could be suspect, in that someone could be scraping your logon information.
