8 donations paid a week ago

Received an email within 24 hours and said donation were sent to my resellers control panel. Problem is there are lots of donations there bith inactive and inactive, but no new ones matching my order #. No wonder I haven't been able to activate donations after adding my mac # to an inactive donation (expired zero days left). I have emailed Papiao a couple of times ..... no response. Help please.

Check to see how many credits you have on Papiao. If you have your credits then use one of them and they will instantly issue you a ## on Papial.

I have active rockets for previous donations and the mag # works well on those, but where are my new donations?

Scanner, they do not issue donation numbers until you use one of your credits. I used 6 of my 8 before the new policy, they removed the old ones not used and issued credit for them. Then when I needed another one I chose the credit and I was instantly issued an new number on the page to use. Check your credits !!!!
