having set up problems

I got my mag254 yesterday and having some setup problems. I set up rocket portal as 11.iptvrocket.tv and url as iptvprivateserver.tv and all other stuff. After all that I get a screen that says "page loading error". "check connection and page url" and further down it says "internet not connected and ethernet not connected". Cat 5 cable is plugged in. My isp and router is windstream. Do I have a provider problem or is something else. Need some help please.
