Try this. Look in your Database folder in your userdata, and look for TV*.db files when Kodi is shut down, and delete it. Start up Kodi and see if you get a load for the PVR Stalker. What you did there is to manually clear the PVR database... I'm not sure if it will work though.

This did not work either but thank you.
Is there a formal technical support that I may contact?

Not here directly. Since this add-on was mainlined into Kodi, you could ask your question over at Kodi.tv, just don't mention that you were using this particular or any other paid service. The initial developer, dvbken, is rarely here, but maybe a pm could wake him up.

If you have access to another similar device, and if it works there, copy the userdata for the PVR.Stalker directly. I think you might have already done this, but forcing a creation of new userdata might work, by deleting the PVR.Stalker userdata folder, then configure from fresh.

why not us the windows pc control panel to remove kodi (be sure and check mark to delete profile as well) and install the latest and greatest kodi 15, pvr stalker is included and the connection timeout issue is fixed. just enter your info and go. if you want to specify a guide do that later first see if you get tv.
