will not go into channel store

My AVOV 1 will not go into channel store keeps on going to my channel. Does anybody know what to do about this problem Thank You

Had another user report to me the same issue. Looked like a hard reboot of the device randomly did the trick. Try pulling the power out and back in. Maybe it will start working.
