I see that there are some that are emailing rocket and getting an answer. I must be sending my emails to wrong place because of the three I sent starting the third of July to the 20th of July (2015) have not been answered. Can someone please give me the email address to use.

Maybe email them with a different email but include the email you have used to perchase your donation in email. Worked for me .

check your junk mail folder. the reply may have gone there instead of your mailbox.

Only contact the papaio guys with billing and donation issues at "info @ papaio.tv", or preferably though the on-line form. If you have issues with connecting, configuration, "freezing" or other technical issues, always post here first. If you ask them a technical question, they will refer you back to your support site. If you already have a donation or rocket number, you can always PM a moderator or super moderator with your donation number and mac, and they might be able to verify that it's valid... just don't bug them with technical issues, as they will refer you back to the forum as well for help. PM'ing other members for help is not a good idea either, as it doesn't help the community.
