I am having the same issue. On my avov. Got my donation yesterday afternoon worked flawlessly up until tonight now say my box is blocked MAC address is good on the checker. Server set to 11. Any ideas

The security on the server is not consistent or there is a problem. One of my Mags will not load the portal. When I change portal to 1.iptv....., I get the message to change it to 11.iptv..., but when I put it to 11.iptv..., I get the blocked message. Mac address linked to and donation showing active. I emailed support, but did not hear from them yet.

have you tried http:// in front of the url. I have it at that and its working for me, just a guess, try it and see if that works.

Just made a post with same sort of issues. wish I had seen this one floating around. I got disconnected after changing to the 11.iptvserver url. I guess I will try a few reboots of the receiver and see if it works. have sent an e=mail to papaio. Hope this gets sorted soon.

Yes! Remember, I have 2 Mags, one is working fine. The other is not. The one that is working fine had donation activated 5 days ago. I wonder if there is a wait time for Mac authentication.
