tv online keeps flashing

i turn my tvonline and is just flushing , like is changing page then show the connecting to server little window ,show that is connect and goes back to flashing , any one have this problem ?

wireless or Ethernet reboot router your not on

i have wire . dont show the menu just black screen flashing , i try to update with flash drive and the update file , say wrong file

take that usb out turn off all reboot router and avov box didnt harm the box

your box should update by itself or go to setting and see if you need too will have blue box click on next check for update
