"unable to load channels"

Could use some help, I have been everywhere through google trying to find out why after installing Kodi 15 beta 2 simply for the Stalker Client why I am still getting "unable to load channels"? I have done everything suggested as I surf through forums and now I think I may know why I have wasted so much time to this but need confirmation from Dara since Dara seems to be the one I came across first with Default to 60. I am running windows 7 Home premium 64 bit. I have through notepad saved and updated to Default 60 and also changed 0/ 1-15 to 0/5/10/15/20/25/30/35/40/45/50/55/60/65/70/75 successfully. My breakdown on Portal 1 is as follows Mac address: 00:1A:79:2B:3C:88 Server: 1.iptvprivateserver.tv timezone central US/Canada Prefer XMLTV Remote URL: http://is.gd/NFPSE (everything I just quoted is exact including caps and lower case) Note I have read that maybe my problem is I am running 64 bit windows 7, I am confused for I thought everything was 32 bit converted unless I was using something beneficial to 64 bit, in other words 64 bit is being used in case needed for whatever reason, please anybody confirm or tell me where I went wrong. Thank You, I am an amateur but willing to learn with this old mind of mine, I spend hours on google and following instructions from those before me but decided to post for I am really at a total lost here.
