Its been tested elsewhere, and asks for payment for certain functions, and logs your IP when you visit the site. Why even emulate Stalker on Kodi?

Its one of the options that currently work in the free trial. You can also review the Kodi forums for other options.

Is there any other android IPTV emulators besides IPTV STB Emulator that work with Stalker ? ?

I am getting the "Your STB is blocked,please call your provider" message,second time its happened,gets annoying re-installing and re-entering data again..... thanks

I have to assume that you are using a properly associated valid mac (one that starts with 00:1A:79 for now). If not or are using 00:00:00 as your last 6, you will get that message. If the mac is properly formatted, you'll connect, but no channels will load.
