my mag 254 is working great as far as the movies go but when I shut it off it will not turn back on with the remote...I have to unplug the power and plug it back in...thanks

did you back out of app to the outer portal before turning off??

go to settings............portals............choose open after loading main manu..........click OK
then save .

i have the same problem my mag254 after my samsung tv turn off the mag254 shuts down too and then when i turn on the tv the mag254 will stay off. i disable the anynet cec options. i have to unplug the power to get back to work every single time help!! Originally Posted by hans

I have it set at open main menu after reload and the box still doesn't power up . I have to unplug it
