I just tried clearing cache like mentioned in the previous post with no luck, now I checked my firestick and fire tv and both have the same problem???

how fast is you internet ? that may hay something to do with it

I downloaded clean sweep from google, its free, solved a lot of my problems, with cache, buffering etc

Also use mucky ducks maintenance tool,

i just installed the muckys maintenance tool, clear cache and deleted packages and still get buffering ....i didnt want to do a fresh install but i think i might have ran out of options

Now fire tv ...is run with wifi......so your internet speed is somewhat diminished ........Never used a fire stick so I don't know how reliable they are......
