2024 NASCAR Die Cast Contests

Yawn.... coming out of Nascar hibernation. Hail to the champion Ryan Blaney.


Ok, Daytona in 17 days... I'll start the 2024 season thread before the Clash this weekend, but its not part of the opening contest.


We will do the same format as last year for the first 3 races... pick a full time driver, and predict the total points for 2 of the 3 races. (Daytona, Atlanta, Vegas). The closest to the actual point total will get the diecast... assuming that the diecast is still in play.

The entry rules may be changed, but you need to have participated in the contests over the years. We will open the contest after the Colosseum Clash race, and keep the entries open until the Atlanta race green flag in case Daytona isn't your cup of tea (or just under a rock.)

Nothing on the line for the Clash, but Go Chastain!

Contest is open. Probably will need a minimum number to make it worthwhile, TBD on Race Day. Will use the drivers that were in the clash (or tried to be) to pick from. The challenge... predict the points for 2 of the next 3 races of a driver of your choice from the clash starting order (assuming they will be full time drivers). Winner will be the one that is closest to the the actual total, in the case of a tie, the earliest entry will win. Open to those who were in previous contests...
