stb is blocked on firestick

good day all .. my problem is i order rocket yesterday i setup on my firestick with app stbemu while i was at my work place i was getting stb block call service provider i take home with me i try for hours one time it work for about 5 mins. then go back to stb block i try to generate new code i get the new code but now iam lock out of web my email and new or old never get me back in .... is ok to use my firestick at home is the rocket only can use on one internet ip? why iam getting stb blocked call service provider with my stb mac address and SN at the end

you need to connect one device at a time using Mac address. every time you witch device using Mac address option you have you perform a reset on provider site. so if you use app that lets you use username/password then you can use one at a Time without performing a reset on provider site. buzztv app lets you connect that way. hope this will help
