Is anyone freezing watching the game

I'm trying to watch the game on abc Miami, New York, Los Angeles, ESPN, tsn 1 and tsn 3 but it freezes every ten seconds for about a minute. Is anyone else having this problem? I reset my Internet (75mg), my box (Nvidia shield) restarted my IPTV smarters pro and still not getting the game. Am I the only one? Is everyone else getting the game without any problems? Let me know because I'm going berserk over this shit. Let me know I'm going freaking crazy!!!!!!!
