Buzztv XRS 4500 reboots and crashes often

Buzztv XRS 4500 reboots and crashes often, any ideas?
MFG Buzz TV says out of warranty.
Also crashed when quickly going thru EPG.
If I move or shake it turns it off & on then reboots like something to do with the 5v adapter. Changed AC adapter, changed AC outlet, changed HDMI cable & Factory Rebooted.
Also sometimes crashes when quickly going thru the EPG.

did you do a hard reset?

I didn't see the channel list you were using, or the service listed, Some channel lists have channels that will cause reboots and even lock your box till you reset it by pulling the power Some programs that are not on the BUZZ list will cause problems too by using too much ram or processor capacity so choose your APPS carefully and make sure they are designed for your box and the android version you have..

If it is on the same channels I would suggest locking out those channels and trying the box without them to see if it stops.
