Stb blocked firestick

I haven't used my firestick stbemu for a while now and when I went back in it says I'm blocked. I checked my donations (I have two) and they seemed okay, lifetime donations. But the mac address didn't match so i did a reset and was able to change the mac address and i'm still blocked. Hope someone can help. Thanks!

Ryu, I'm not sure if my last reply went thru. But the new generated code didn't do the trick. Thinking that the mac is a problem, I don't understand the warning all I know is that it is a wi-fi generated mac and uncertain if that means it is 'changing' and if so how I enter it. Thanks again.
