EPG but no picture

I get the EPG but no pictures , sometimes I will get a few channels but never PPV ?

Need help !

Not using MAC anymore because I could never get connected.

while watching live tv, press menu, settings, configuration, and change video player where it says live tv from primary to secondary or secondary to primary and see if that helps.
